Client
Any individual or organisation engaging Galaqevon's services.
Services
Event agency services including venue decoration, sound and light installations, and professional croupiers for offline casino-themed entertainment.
Event
A corporate event, private gala, luxury milestone birthday, or corporate team-building occasion arranged by the Client.
Casino Entertainment
Offline casino-themed activities provided strictly for entertainment, with no gambling, betting software, or real-money stakes.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, browsing its content, or submitting an event inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Event Agency Services
Galaqevon is a London-headquartered event agency specialising in corporate events, private galas, and bespoke offline evening nights for luxury milestone birthdays and corporate team-building across the United Kingdom. Our services include venue decoration, sound and light installations, and professional croupiers operating roulette and poker tables.
Entertainment Only
All lounge entertainment is provided strictly for entertainment purposes only, with no gambling, betting software, or real-money stakes involved. No prizes of monetary value are awarded, and no wagering or betting of any kind takes place.
Booking and Payment
Booking Process
To engage Galaqevon's services, clients must submit an event inquiry via the contact page or by emailing [email protected]. A formal proposal will be provided, and a contract will be issued upon acceptance.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the event date.
- Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
- Galaqevon reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the due date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their event by providing written notice to Galaqevon. The following cancellation fees apply based on the notice period.
More than 60 days before event
Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
30 to 60 days before event
50% of the total fee retained.
Less than 30 days before event
100% of the total fee retained.
Cancellation by Galaqevon
Galaqevon reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure. In such cases, a full refund of payments made will be provided. Galaqevon will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. No liability is accepted for consequential losses arising from cancellation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Galaqevon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
The Galaqevon name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaqevon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the engagement of our services.
Galaqevon's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
